**NOTE: For shirts size Adult XL and larger, an additional fee of $1 per square will be added to cover the costs of additional labor. Cost of backing fabric over $5/yard will be customers’ responsibility. Applique of any additional pieces is $5 per piece.

Ready to Order?
Once you’re ready to order, here’s what you need to do:
- Gather your shirts and wash them.
- Complete the information form and mail with your shirts.
- If you are paying by money order, include 50% deposit. Balance is due upon receipt of final proof pictures, before blanket is mailed.
- If you are paying via PayPal, you will receive an invoice via email requesting your 50% deposit, once form and shirts are received. Work will not begin until your deposit is received. Balance is due upon receipt of final proof pictures, before blanket is mailed.

You will receive 3 emails:
Finished size of the blanket depends on size of shirts blanket is made from. Adult XL shirts and larger will incur an additional fee. While every effort is made to make all squares the same size, this is a handmade item and small variations (up to 1/4") may occur in the size of various squares.
There is no batting or filling between the front and back layers. If you are interested in having this added, please contact me to discuss pricing. Additionally, squares are not quilted or attached to the back of the blanket at each corner. The front and back are sewn together around the outside edge ONLY, not at each individual corner of each individual square.
Buyer is responsible for shipment of original shirts to sewing location.
Completion time takes 3-4 weeks from the time we receive your shirts.
Return Shipping: $14.50 flat rate (Local buyers my arrange pickup if desired).
If you need your quilt by a certain date please let us know. We will do our best to meet your needs.

- Once blanket is complete, you will receive final photos. Balance is due at this time, before blanket is shipped.
