Individualized T-shirt Blankets
Do you have a drawer FULL of t-shirts that you never wear and but can't even think about getting rid of because they hold a special memory for you? Would you like a creative, memorable, and useful way to keep your oldies, but goodies that you no longer wear? Well look no further!
T-shirt blankets are great way to repurpose & recycle items we don't wear or use anymore. Many times we have collected many t-shirts and we don’t seem to wear them much anymore, but yet we can't bear to part with them, due to the sentimental value. Shirts from all the concerts you’ve been to, shirts from your college fraternity or sorority, shirts from your sports teams (either ones you played on, or ones you like to watch). Or how about all those shirts your kids have, that you don’t want to get rid of! These shirts are perfect to incorporate into a blanket!
I LOVE my t-Shirt blanket and use it all the time. They make great graduation gifts, a way to remember childhood, picnic blankets, family reunion gifts, etc! You can never have too many extra blankets around and they make lovely conversation pieces as well.
Your shirts will be turned into an individualized one-of-a-kind blanket. Pick out your favorites, and drop them in the mail. In return, you’ll get an individualized blanket that you can use in bed, at the park, on the couch, or as a wall hanging to remind you of some great times! Once finished your quilt can be tossed in the washer and dryer just like you did before with your tees! No special care will be required.
Your blanket can be made of just the fronts of shirts with a solid fabric backing. If the shirt has a design on both sides, a two-sided blanket can be made (see sample photos). Blank squares can be incorporated (made from blank sides of your shirts) if you do not have enough shirts or if you want some blank squares! The back of your blanket can be made with fleece, cotton, denim, t-shirt, or sweatshirt material. You can pick, or we can….your choice! We do our best to fit your needs and requests, so if you have any questions, please email us.
Many times other items can be included in a blanket also. Items such as: jackets, sweatpants, shorts, sports uniforms, baby 'onesies', receiving blankets, towels etc. If they are large enough, these items can be made into their own square. If they are too small to make into a square they can be appliqued onto another square. Applique of any additional pieces is $5 per piece.

Ready to Order?
Once you’re ready to order, here’s what you need to do:
- Gather your shirts and wash them.
- Complete the information form and mail with your shirts.
- If you are paying by money order, include 50% deposit. Balance is due upon receipt of final proof pictures, before blanket is mailed.
- If you are paying via PayPal, you will receive an invoice via email requesting your 50% deposit, once form and shirts are received. Work will not begin until your deposit is received. Balance is due upon receipt of final proof pictures, before blanket is mailed.
